Trace began working in insurance in 2019 at the Arbella Insurance claims office in West Springfield. After graduating from Union College in 2021, he relocated to Boston and worked at Arbella’s headquarters in Quincy, MA. At the beginning of 2023, he joined the Whalen Insurance team as the third generation of the family-owned business and works in our commercial lines department as a sales associate.
